Artifact’s President, Ronald Wheeler B. Sc and M. Sc. (Computer Science), brings 40 years of technology experience in designing and deploying learning solutions. He has led the development of e-Learning tools and projects ranging from a Rich Client course delivery platform in XML and Flash to the Artifact Vision portal, including Take a Webinar©, an e-commerce add-on management module to Saba Collaboration environment and ADTransform the user-friendly ETVL solution.
Prior to Artifact, Ron was President of Davijen System, an IT solution provider for 10 years. Prior to that, Ron held management and technical positions at a number of organizations including Fortune 1000 companies, a Federal agency and a financial firm.
Ron excels in addressing business concerns which can be solved through developing innovative, performing and cost-effective technology-based solutions which increase the client’s L&D capabilities.

Devised numerous e-learning courses and interactive e-learning modules using Flash, FrontPage, Mediator, and Lectora.

Claude Martel holds a Ph. D. in Educational Technology and has over 25 years experience in the domain of Education, training, communication, media production and in the implementation of cutting edge technology. Claude has held senior management roles (Director, VP and Chief Learning Officer) in large organizations like BigKnowledge, Telus, Hydro-Québec, Aviation Strategies International and Pratt & Whitney Canada. He has managed more than 100 multimedia and training/education projects and has implemented communication and training technologies solutions in over thirty large organizations.
